Underground utility installation can be tricky. Not only can the work disturb your property for days or weeks, if the work is not performed with great care, the company you hire may interrupt your other utility services.
Since 1990, Tight Access Excavation Inc. has provided quick, thorough underground utility installation services for both residential and business customers throughout Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties. To install your underground utilities, we use horizontal directional drilling, rather than digging a trench on your property.
Horizontal directional drilling enables us to place conduits for gas, water and sewer without damaging asphalt, concrete and landscape, up to distances of 800'. As a result, there is minimal impact, reducing the need to rehab your property. We use a sophisticated guidance system to navigate our horizontal drills, which allows us to drill around established underground utilities within inches, if necessary.
